Terms of Service

01 — Agreement

By commissioning design work from ROZMAT DESIGN (Matviy Rozlutskyy), you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all web design, graphic design, and branding projects.

02 — Project Scope

Each project begins with an agreed scope of work. Changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges. Major revisions that alter the project direction will be quoted separately.

03 — Revisions

Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at an hourly rate agreed before work begins.

04 — Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files. Full ownership of the design transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

05 — Intellectual Property

MatRoz retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the project starts.

06 — Delivery

Files are delivered in agreed formats (PDF, PNG, AI, Figma, etc.) via email or file sharing link. Source files may be included depending on the package agreed.
