Refund Policy
01 — Eligibility
Refunds apply only to projects that have not entered active design production. Once initial concepts or design work are delivered, the project is considered in progress and non-refundable.
02 — Deposit
The 50% deposit secures time and project allocation. Deposits are non-refundable after work has started, regardless of project outcome or client decision to discontinue.
03 — Work in Progress
If a project is paused or canceled after work has begun, payment is required for all completed stages. Partial refunds may be issued only for work not yet started, at the sole discretion of ROZMAT DESIGN.
04 — Revisions vs Refunds
Dissatisfaction with design direction is addressed through the revision process. Refunds do not replace revisions and are not granted based on subjective preference.
05 — Client Responsibility
Clear communication, timely feedback, and accurate project input are required.Delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear client input do not qualify for refunds.
06 — Final Delivery
After final files are delivered, the project is considered complete. No refunds are issued once final assets have been transferred.
07 — Exceptions
Any deviation from this policy must be agreed in writing before the project begins.
